These are the answers to the most popular questions I have heard in the past 30 min. What to know the questions?
1) Don't you have class today?
2) Isn't it 4am ?
3) Are you crazy or just drinking a lot of coffee?
As you know I have been sick, and very tired. Because of this my schedule is messed up and I am awake most of the night and asleep most of the day. Mind you, I do go to class and get my homework done quite promptly but its still weird being up for 14 hours straight. I don't have class tomorrow and plan to sleep then and readjust my schedule. My profs have suggested that we post our comments about class online so they can read them. If people are interested I can give you the link and you can read what my classes were like that day. I am using it as a way to prompt myself for homework and as a sounding board to my teachers.
I had a meeting with my advisor today which was very informative. We talked about internship, scholarships and what I am doing next year. I am thinking about heading to Japan for the whole year or maybe just a semester. It depends on if I get the Freeman-Asia scholarship I am applying for. If I DO get it, then I will be there for a year. (more like 10 and 1/2 months). I may not be able to come home for Christmas. The EAC(East Asian Center) has amazing writing program that I am interested in. I will also get an internship, (maybe paid!!!!) and also teach English. Japan is even more expensive than London!!. But I am excited to go, but I am sorry to leave my family for so long. :( I wish that my Grandparents could visit me in Japan, it would be great, but I know they can't. If anyone has stories about Japan I am interested in hearing them.
