No one grows up to think "I want to be a Customer Service Representive., I want to get yelled at all day, get my schedule changed around so much I only have a 10 min lunch". But I am what I am, and I should be the best at what I do. But people...
Its easier to deal with people in person, there is body language or at least you can touch the cell phone.. but over the phone its horrid. Friday I taught a 65 year old how to use a blackberry..at the end I dont know who need a break more - her or me. I understand no one wants to call Customer Service.. a tiny sercet- we dont always want to answer the phone.....
