This week has been so long.
Weds- I went to Westminter (where all the big British things are, Big Ben, Houses of Pariment etc). My Global Health class had a small lecture by the Director of the British Red Cross (London Office.) It was very informative and made a nice little article about politics and healthcare that I wrote for my portfoilo. Then a bunch of us went to a play and had curry afterwards.
Thursday - My birthday!! I had class all day, and went out to eat with all my friends :) including Michael. There were major delys on public transit so it was a hassle trying to get everywhere.
Friday- No classes for me but I slept until 10, did homework and hung out with people. About 7 of us went to a club and hung out until midnight and then watched a movie. It is now 5 am London time and I am still up. I am going to do more homework and most likely sleep during the afternoon. Most people are headed to the BAFTAs (the British academy film awards) and are going to stand out in the pouring rain for hours just to see Johnny Depp or someone like that. Sunday I am going to Chinatown to see the end of Chinese New Year. It will be packed but very fun. Next Friday I am headed to Camden Town to walk around and look at market stuff. Michael and I may hit the clubs afterwards I don't know. It has been an eventfull, tiring but really awesome week.
