I dont know what happens to people when they call into call centers but for some reason their IQ drops about 50 points. All call centers have to go though a verification policy. Most people are aware of this and are used to giving out information on the phone. Cingular is no different. But getting though the very act of asking some ones name can drive a Customer Service Rep
to smoke.
Me: Thank you for calling Cingular Wireless my name is Amanda Tveidt , may I have your first and last name....
Customer: 1)You want my whaaat? 2) My phone number is... 3) My husbands name is....
